Prices: All prices are FOB Edmond, OK. Kabaflex reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

Quotations: All items not listed in the current price list are subject to quotation. All special prices are quote (Net) Distributor
costs, FOB Edmond, OK unless otherwise stated. Blanket quotes are handled on an individual basis.

Payments: The standard terms of payment are net 30 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise stated. All past due accounts are
subject to finance charge of 1.5% per month. Accounts that are 45 days pas due automatically enter into credit hold.

General: All clerical errors are subject to correction. Proof of delivery – $5.00 service charge.

Minimum billing: Minimum billing is $25.00

Minimum orders: Minimum order is one carton. Less than full carton quantity is subject to a $10.00 broken carton charge. All orders
are subject of acceptance by Kabaflex Corporation. Kabaflex is not liable for any default of delay beyond its control. The title of goods passes
to the purchaser at the FOB point. Consignee is responsible for damage or loss claims against the transport company.

Rush orders: All orders to be shipped the same day must be received by 3:00pm Central Standard Time. There will be an additional
charge of $15.00 for same day shipments received by 12:00pm CST or an additional charge of $20.00 for same day shipments received after 12:00pm
CST.

Cancellations: Orders for elements built to order cannot be cancelled. 10% cancellation fee.

Returns: No goods may be returned without prior authorization by Kabaflex Corporation. Return authorization is valid for 30 days
only. Products shipped in error will be accepted for return with full credit. Shipping discrepancies must be brought to Kabflex’s attention
within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Standard products may be returned for credit with proper authorization within three months of date of
invoice, with a 25% restocking charge and freight cost. Returned products must be in original package, in new saleable condition and shipped
freight prepaid. Kabaflex reserves the right to determine the acceptability of the returned goods for resale. Products made to order are not
returnable.
